Charles Spreksel is the founder of Spreksel advocaten. Charles is an advisor in complex cases for our lawyers and paralegals. Charles Spreksel Senior has studied Dutch law at the Radboud University Nijmegen and has been working as a lawyer in the district of Maastricht from 1970 til 2018. Furthermore, he has held legal positions within various companies for many years.
Charles Spreksel Senior focuses on civil law, especially on Labour law, Copyright law, Contract law, ICT law, Insolvency law and Corporate law. He is appointed regularly as a trustee in bankruptcy by the District Court of Maastricht.
Charles Spreksel Senior has completed the following specialist law courses at the Grotius Academie: ICT law (also known as cyber law) and various master classes in Labour law, Copyright law and Contract law.
